Love the Process (LTP) Academy is a club for students grades 5th-12th grade. They are broken into four self-governing cohorts (5th/6th, 7th/8th, 9th/10th, 11th/12th) that meet 3 times per month to develop skills around entrepreneurism, growth mindset, and supporting their communities. We are each built with a unique purpose and our hope is to build leaders that run after that purpose with intention.

 

We believe in the transformative power of entrepreneurship to drive innovation, create opportunities, and solve societal challenges. Through our programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives, we aim to instill the essential skills and knowledge required for young individuals to thrive as entrepreneurs in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

 

In addition to entrepreneurial skills, we emphasize the development of a positive mindset, encouraging our youth to embrace creativity, resilience, and adaptability. We foster a culture that values curiosity, risk-taking, and a growth-oriented mindset, enabling young people to identify and pursue opportunities while embracing failures as learning experiences.

 

Furthermore, we strongly believe that a prosperous and sustainable society thrives on the principles of community and service. Our organization actively engages youth in impactful community service initiatives, encouraging them to become compassionate and responsible citizens. By instilling a sense of social responsibility and providing opportunities for hands-on community involvement, we aim to nurture a generation that actively contributes to the betterment of their communities.

 

Each year the students will travel to an international location for a 2-week learning experience to hone skills they have been working on throughout the school year.

 

Through our comprehensive approach to youth development, we aspire to empower and equip young individuals with the skills, mindset, and values necessary to succeed in both entrepreneurial endeavors and as agents of positive change in their communities. Together, we will build a future where young people are empowered to shape their own destinies and make a meaningful impact on the world around them.
