While there are many viable nonprofit organizations reaching people in need today, ours is set apart as a faith based community organization reaching families and individuals at their greatest point of need with practical help and hope.

Authentic Community
We believe that life change happens best in community. In small groups and day to day
connections, we can live authentic, accountable, and connected lives. Through these
relationships we grow in Christ and show the love of Christ to others.
