Awakenings is a Ministry of Spiritual Direction, Counsel and Equine Assisted Therapeutic Partnership at my ranch in beautiful Central Washington. Inviting change and healing is a courageous step. I support individuals, couples, military, ministry teams both locally and globally since 2009. It is an honor to come along side the journey. Spiritual direction began after a 15 year career in Leadership Development in churches across the nation. Ministry vocation began in Chicago Illinois in1993 after studying medicine and Psychology at Benedictine University.

 

Equines have been a part of my life since early childhood and training in horsemanship began in 1996. Exposure to Join-Up in 2004 altered how I connect with horses and began using horses therapeutically in 2008.

 

Equines are used in sessions supporting clients dealing with Post Traumatic stress, anxiety, depression and loss, providing profound results in restoring resilience.
