Welcome to InFocus Ministries! We partner with ministry leaders and supporters who believe mission should never be limited by administrative burden or lack of experience. We exist to help community-focused nonprofits launch, grow, and thrive. By providing shared infrastructure, expertise, and operational support, we remove barriers that distract leaders from their calling.
When these burdens are lifted, ministry flourishes. Outreach programs take root, leaders serve with joy, and communities experience lasting impact.
No ministry is meant to stand alone. As part of the InFocus family, leaders are surrounded by a collaborative network of support, resources, and encouragement to go the distance.

Jacqueline Rae
Global Director
Jacqueline Rae is a writer and popular conference speaker. She is the co-founder of ReImagine Ministry and has served through outreach, discipleship, and interim pastoral positions for several churches. Washington state is home where she and her husband of over 30 years raised their two sons.
Christy Nelson
Administrative Assistant
Christy provides essential administrative support to keep InFocus Ministries running smoothly, ensuring all our ministries receive the attention and care they deserve.
Maribeth Carlton
Bookkeeper
Maribeth manages the financial records and ensures fiscal responsibility across all ministries, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Dallas Jack
Technical Director
Dallas oversees all technology initiatives and digital infrastructure for InFocus Ministries, helping our ministries leverage technology for greater impact.
Meet the Board
The InFocus Board of Directors is a diverse group of professionals deeply committed to the mission and to the ministries we serve. As active members of local churches, they lead with wisdom, faith, and a genuine desire to see outreach efforts flourish.
Scott Hendrickson
Treasurer
Owner of VL Scott PLLC, a Washington based CPA firm. Scott works with small to mid sized businesses and does part time CFO work. He has been active in the Christian community of several Skagit and Whatcom County churches over the last 30 years as treasurer, board member, financial consultant, and small group leader. He currently serves as treasurer for InFocus Ministries and oversees the accounting functions of the organization.
Kevin Carlton
Board Member
Kevin is married with four children and has lived in the Skagit Valley for nearly 30 years. After graduating with degrees in math and computer science, he served in the U.S. Navy for 21 years (active and reserve), serving as a pilot aboard aircraft carriers. His passion is his family and sharing the love of Jesus with youth. He is a 4-H dad, youth group and Young Life leader, and high school math class volunteer.
Diana Wharton
Board Member
Diana is married, with two daughters and five grandchildren. She works in clinical research for a local hospital and attends church at CTK Skagit. When she isn't busy at her office or with volunteer work you can usually find her enjoying time with her husband, friends, and family…and the grandkids!
Vic Woodward
Board Member
Vic is passionate about coaching and mentoring people in all aspects of the game of life. He loves making the connection with the story of God in people's lives and helping them learn how to "walk with Jesus." This passion led him and his wife Monique into marriage ministry (Marriage Mosaic) 22 years ago. The Woodwards have been married for 32 years, reside in Burlington, Washington and have five adult children and four granddaughters.
Kyle Gillette
Board Member
Kyle is a business and leadership development coach with over twenty years of experience mentoring leaders and executives across various industries. He is a Master NLP Coach, best-selling author, John Maxwell business and leadership coach, men's mentor, husband, and father. Kyle helps business owners and leaders overcome mental barriers to enhance their leadership, teams, and financial performance.
