Connecting to Jesus - Transforming Leaders

Many pastors and leaders feel like they are doing ministry disconnected from intimacy with God. I help to make space to facilitate encounters with the living Jesus so you can live and lead from a place of already being loved and not performing for love.

This is an invitation to seek the source of Living Water together, to encounter the risen Jesus, our living Friend, to know Him intimately and experience being known and loved by Him apart from the work we are doing. As leaders connect more deeply to the love and presence of God, they will be transformed and their churches and communities will, as well, and we will see the Kingdom blossoming in beautiful, powerful ways.

Emmaus Road Ministries NW is an international ministry seeking to facilitate intimacy with God through:

· One-on-one mentoring and spiritual direction for leaders

· Small group retreats

· Healing prayer

· Teaching and Podcasts

Emmaus Road comes from Luke 24:13-35 and the post-resurrection encounter two disciples have with the risen Jesus. They are in a place of loss and confusion when they encounter Jesus and they do not recognize Him. In their encounter He helps them understand the scriptures and is finally recognized in the breaking of the bread. This picture of encountering the resurrected and often unrecognized Jesus is core to the vision and mission of Emmaus Road Ministries NW:

To see pastors and leaders encounter and be transformed by the love of the Father, the presence of the risen Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit.

To facilitate spaces for encountering God through prayer ministry, teaching, retreats, mentoring and spiritual direction that empower leaders to walk in the fullness of their calling as beloved children of the Father and Spirit-empowered disciples of Jesus for the sake of God’s Kingdom work in the world.
